Hello,

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the "86" strength code stamped on your metal channel. To get started, we will need you to write out the exact depth of the bottom fitting shown in your first two photos. From there, we'll be able to send you an order link and price quote for two balances. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we can't make out exact dimensions from photos but I can tell you that the first image shown in your response is the correct measurement. If you could write out the exact depth, we can go from there.

I'm sorry for the confusion. The depth of the shoe should be over 1" based on your photo. See the image below that demonstrates how we measure the bottom fitting depth for these balances.

Thanks for getting back to us. We'd be happy to supply these balances with a 1" deep shoe but we want to cover all of our bases since these custom balances are not able to be returned for a refund. We've determined from your photos that you could have one of two balances. Both come with winged top fittings but one has a winged 1" deep shoe, while the other comes with a 1.088" deep shoe. Your photo looks like your shoe could measure over 1" deep, but we can't be sure based on a photo. I would recommend double-checking your depth measurement and if you're sure that it is exactly 1", we'll be happy to send you an order link and price quote.
