Window Balance Spring replacement part 26 4 AX CMC 11

Hi Team,

I'm looking for a window balance spring replacement part. My states 26 4 AX CMC 11. one of the end is winged tip and the other is not (images attached). Not sure if winged vs. not winged is important but thought I call that out. Can you help me find this part? Thanks a ton!
