Window Balance Springs and guide replacement

A quick learner from Lake Mary, Florida says:
Please help me identify my window channel balances in my house.
The balances are original to the house built in 1988 with Alcan windows.
The Channel is marked BSI 2230.
The length is 23 inches.
The width and depth are ½ inch.
One of my window channel balance has broken parts. The mating plastic part on the window frame is also broken. So, I need to identify this part also.
I have attached pictures, please let me know if you need more information
Thank you.
Mark

Starting with your channel balance, have a look at our S380-23. This comes assembled with a 19-005 and 15-005 bottom balance shoe. Compare your nylon fittings with ours to confirm whether or not this will work. If so then you can go with the 2230 option that supports a sash weight of 12-19 pounds. As for your top sash guide, our 18-161 is worth considering. Check it out and see what you think.
