Window Balance Stamped 29 4 bW CMC 7

Question

I am trying to find a replacement for window balance. The length of the metal is 30 inches. I believe the top is item 19-005 with 11/16 inch height and 1/2 inch channel. I believe the bottom is 15-002 with L 1" x H 1" and W 1/2".
Which of the window balance should I select?
