Window Balance Unit 913 Guest Bedroom

Question

Need (2) replacement window balances. Information I have, Sash weighs 34.4 pounds, metal part of balance is 27 inches long, Back is 1/2 in wide, bottom foot looks to be 1-3/32 inches deep. Number stamped is "86 26-6 HA5 CMC 1" see attached pictures.

It looks to me to either be your 27" Series 385 or 395, Can you please advise which if either of these are the correct replacement.

We can supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order due to the configuration of the spring. That "86" on your stamp is the giveaway; that code is only used on particularly designed balances.
