I'd like help with identifying replacement window balances and window sash guide. Happy to provide additional info / measurements as needed. Thank You for your time and help!

Thanks for your post! I'm certain we have the balances you need but to identify the correct replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the top attachment on the balance. Please also provide a photo of the bracket attached to the bottom of the spring in the balance channel.

We do not have an exact replacement match for the top sash guide you have but our 18-008 or 18-008H should work fine as an alternative. Carefully look over each of their dimensions on the website to determine which of the might be the best fit.
