Window Balance broken

Thanks for posting. Looks like you have Coil Balances that need replacing. To know what Coil Balances you need, you'll need to determine the identity of your pivot shoe, or the bottom part that connects to the pivot bars and you to tilt the window sash. I believe your Pivot Shoe could be an older verison of our 15-180, but you'll need to remove it from the window and compare its width and thickness with the 15-180 to make sure it's a match. The 15-180 is compatible with our Series 190 Coil Springs. You will have to select the appropriate spring weight for each spring; to do this, look for stamps on the coil springs. Let us know if you have any questions.
