HAVE JELD WYN DOUBLE HUNG WINDOW--NEED WINDOW BALANCER (OR TWO) TOP WINDOW/MEASURE 29" LONG AND 3/4 IN WIDE--HAS 28D CODE ON BALNCERS --HELP WITH PART #

In order for us to help you identify the correct balance, we will need to see photos of your balance, in particular the balance attachments.

Please remove one of the balances and take a few photos of it so you can upload them for us to see.

Can you get us an photo of the other end of the balance? It is important that we see both ends of the balance before we make a replacement recommendation.

We will need to see the other end of the channel balance. We need to see how it attaches to the window.

MINE LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE YOUR #S751-29--TOP OF WINDOW ATTACTED WITH S-CLIP-I THINK MY ONLY CONCERN IS THE WIDTH OF THE CHANNEL/WHAT MORE COULD YOU POSSIBLLY NEED?CODE ON CHANNEL IS IN DISCRIPTION ABOVE ALONG WITH WIDTH OF CHANNEL

You're right, the Series 751 appears to be a match, as ours measures 1/2" wide and 3/8" in depth. You'll either need the 19-029 or 19-030 S hook if yours is broken.

My concern is with the blue show, I don't quite recognize it.
