Window Balance part, badly damaged

Looking for a part. The picture is attached. It is aluminum or cast. I need to order 200. And we need them asap.

Thank you for posting. It's hard to tell, due to the wear on this shoe, but please take a look at our 15-009 Spiral balance shoe. Do you think this matches? If you aren't sure, do you have a part that is less damaged for us to look at?
