Window Balance part help

Home Owner from Arnold, MD
The plastic connection from the cord to the spring w/i the channel broke.  Google tells me the NL BS1 marking is not for tilting windows.  What I should order?

Thanks for reaching out! I'll need to see a photo of the top and bottom attachments to determine the correct replacement balance. For the top attachment, I'll also need to see a photo of exactly how it attaches to the top of the window.

Please also confirm the length of the channel and the numbers just above the BSI stamp. If they are hard to make out, I'll need to know the exact weight of the window sash.

Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Jasmine,
Thank you for reaching out.  I can confirm that the stamp says 26D.  Here are the pictures of the top and bottom of the balance.

Thank you,
Mike

Thanks for getting back to us. We can't be sure with your balance still installed, but the S795-26 (26D) would be a good place to start, which comes with a screw tab at the top and the closed-cam 15-195 t-lock shoe attached. Review the specifications to confirm it's a match.
