Window Balance part identifier

I tried to match the window balance in the photo with items on your website and the best match is S395-21 with weight option 2020.
I have similar balance for bigger window with imprint code:
20-3 JD CMC 2
Would that would be S395-21 with weight option 2030?

Thanks for posting! Your window balance does appear to be the S395-21 but I'll need to see a photo of the spring side of the balance to confirm that with certainty.

Once I've confirmed the exact balance you need, we can move from there to determine the correct stamp option.

Thanks for the additional photos. The S395-21 would be the correct balance for your assembly. The 2030 may be the option you need to replace it but you'll need to weigh the sash to confirm that the weight falls between 12 to 15lbs. A 2020 stamp will support a sash weighing 8 to 12lbs.
