Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need to locate the stamp on your metal channel to choose the corresponding strength option for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

When I measured it, it comes just less than 1 inch. It seems to be about 0.8 inches.

We do carry the 7/8" deep 15-029 bottom fitting, which we can supply but it would need to be a custom order. If you agree that this is what you need, just let us know how many balances you need, with the minimum being two, and the stamp code on your metal channel so that we can send you an order link and price quote.

Hi,

The shape of the 15-029 seems to be different from the one that I need to replace. Could you please look at the attached images and let me know if the one suggested (15-029) would be the right fit?

What you're showing here is the top fitting, which is our 19-005. The bottom fitting is at the opposite end of the balance.

Hi,

Sorry that I sent the wrong ones. Attached are the pictures of the bottom fittings.
Please let me know if the 15-029 would work.

This bottom fitting is unfortunately too damaged for me to confirm whether the 15-029 is a match.

Casey's original recommendation is based on the fact that you gave the measurement of the bottom fitting as .8". Was this measurement based on this broken shoe? If so, then it was not accurate. I recommend getting an undamaged version of your balance and measuring that instead.
