Window Balance replacement (Window will not stay open)

Question

I believe I need new Window coil and shoe. I have included a picture. Window does not stay open. Can you help identify the right pieces. There is a 7 on the coil itself.

Take a look at our 15-180 pivot shoe, in addition to our S190-740 coil spring.
