We may be able to replace this balance, but it will have to be specially made. Before we can begin, though, we will need clearer pictures of what you have. I can only just make out that you have a certain type of balance, but the finer details are difficult to make out.

If possible, please send us one clear picture of the top nylon attachment, one clear picture of the bottom nylon attachment, and one clear picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord. My colleague tells me that your stamp reads "34-3," so there's no need to see that.

Once we have this information, we can work from there.
