Window Balance rod

Question

Markings are on one of the pics.  The bottom plastic is 1" wide, NOT 1 3/32.  The rod, itself is 1/2 in wide and 30" long, metal end to metal end.  The plastic parts are not included in this measurement.  It looks to me to be a 30" 380 series, can you verify pls?  Also, not sure which strength option to choose.  Thank you for your help.

As long as your bottom attachment has the same 1" depth as shown below, I agree that the S380-30 would be the way to go.

As for the spring strength option, your stamp is outdated so you'll need to weigh your window sash and follow the chart under the product description to choose the correct option. Thanks for posting!
