Window Balance rods size 26B

We'd be happy to look into this for you but I can't quite make out the clip used to attach the balance to the pivot shoe. If you could show us a close up photo of that part, we can go from there. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-134 depending on how the width and thickness compare to yours.
As for the balances, we can supply replacements for this assembly through a custom order but you would need to discard the t-lock shoe that the new balances come with and reuse the original metal clip to attach them to your pivot shoes. Unfortunately, your clip broke off inside the pivot shoe and we do not have any other alternatives to bypass the need for those clips.
If you have some balances that need to be replaced that have intact clips, just let us know the number of replacements you need with the minimum being two and we'll be happy to send over an order link.
