Window Balance: stamp 17 9 HU CMC 5

Hello-

I need to find a replacement for this window balance, the cord broke. The window brand has what looks like two M's stamped in the handle. The window is white vinyl. Probably from the 1990's window is installed as a replacement window in a 1960's house.

I would recommend starting with our S385-18 channel balance. Take a look and make sure the nylon fittings are the same size. I also recommend weighing your sash on a scale to determine the correct option to use, as we do not have a match for "17 9."
