Window Balance and Shoe ID

Thanks for posting. I am not able to see the top attachment on the balance. Can you confirm whether it has a screw tab or a hook?

I'll need to know how the balances are installed at the top of the window track.

Thanks for confirming. The replacements will need to be a custom assembly because we'll need to add the hook to the balances. I've forwarded the quote to your email so that you may place the order.

The shoe you have is 15-194 1" shoe. It is sold separately from the balance, so it will need to be added to the cart from the website. These are fairly easy to swap out with the shoe that comes on the balance.
