Hello! I'm looking for a handful of replacement balancers for my windows. The length of the balancer minus the end fittings is 27" and the etched numbers read 26-3 KC5 CMC 54. Let me know if you need additional info. Thanks!

Hey there!

Your balance resembles our S380-27 and S385-27 channel balance but the best match will depend on the depth of your bottom shoe. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. Take a look at the image below to determine the correct replacement option. You will also need the 2630 strength option.
