Window Balancer

Quick Learner
I would like to get a new balancer to replace the broken one for my window. Could you please tell what should I order based on the 2 photos? Please let me know if you need more information.
Thanks,
Tim

Thanks for posting! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances you'll need, however, there is just one more detail I'll need to confirm.

May I please see a photo of the top nylon attachment? This is also important for identifying the balances you'll need.

The stamp only indicates the weight range your balances should be able to support to carry the weight of your sash. It does not help to identify the type of balance you have, unfortunately.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Thanks for the photos. Your non-tilt channel balances appear to be either either the S351-29 with a 1" shoe or the S390-29 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

You'll need to select the 2830 stamp for a window weighing 16 to 23lbs.
