We can supply a replacement for your channel balance, but to confirm the series, are you able to provide clearer images of the top and bottom attachments along with the metal hook? How many balances are you in need of?

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. 

The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 32-7/8" long. Please confirm. 

The last detail we will need is the weight of the window sash that these balances support. The 32-9 stamp is an older rating system that does not directly translate. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale.
