The window is a single hung PGT window 52 X 61 3/8
The Metal on the channel measures 1/2" width / 30" length
Nymber stamped on channel is: 29 9 (then smaller letters BS1 RV)
Can you please advise the proper channel kit to get to repair this window.

I'm afraid I cannot recommend a balance based on this information. The only way to know what Series you have is to compare the nylon attachments on yours to the nylon attachments that come with ours. I see you were looking at our S380-33. How do the attachments compare? Are the dimensions the same?
