Window Balancer

Question

It looks like I need the 30" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE Product Code: S385-30 as replacements. The existing balances I have are printed with this:
29 9 CX CMC 7
The overall length from end to end of the metal portion is 30"

Is this enough information to figure out which replacements I need? Thanks!

Thanks for your question. We do need some more information. Can you send us photos of both ends of your balance? We need to know which Series to choose, based on the plastic shoe and top. If we get those photos, we can begin to identify the balance.
