I'm looking for a replacement for one of my window balancers. This is the stamp included on the balancer 26 4 BT Caldwell. Hoping to get a specific part to replace it since it isn't obvious how to replace it.

Welcome to SWISCO.com. Channel balance are identified based on the size and shape of the plastic attachments. Can you send photos showing both ends of your balance?

Your 27" 2640-option balance belongs to either our Series 380 or Series 385. To tell which, you need to measure the bottom shoe. The only difference between the two Series is the measurement shown below. If you have the 1-3/32" shoe in the picture, you need Series 385. For a 1" shoe, pick Series 380. Either way, you need a 27" balance and an option of 2640.
