You have come to the right place. In order for us to properly identify which balance you need, we will need to see some photos of the entire balance as well as photos of the top and bottom plastic nylon pieces. From there we cant start this process for you.

Are you sure it's the 27? Re-measure your metal channel. From one end of the metal to the other, it should (probably) measure 28". Your "2730" stamp leads me to believe this. Is it the case? Or is it 27"? As for the "option", you will need to choose 2730 when you go to purchase.
