Window Balancer Custom order

Question

I need a 27" Series 385 Channel Balance with a sash weight of 45lbs. It is for a non-tilt window and a 1/2" width. Please send me a quote for 50 of these.

We may be able to help with this balance, but based on the weight of the sash this will have to be a custom order.

Before we go any further, I will need you to confirm a few details, starting with the weight. Can you tell me if 45 pounds is the exact weight, down to the ounce? If not, can you tell me what is?

Would you also tell us what the original stamp on the metal channel read?
