With this combination of attachments, you could have either a S380-33 or S385-33 channel balance. You need to measure your bottom shoe as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. Based on your stamp number, you'll need a 3260 spring strength option for the balance that you choose.
