Window Balancer Identification

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 10-7/8" long. Note that we can't promise our balances will work for you if the metal channel length differs. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we recommend double-checking before placing your order.
With that said, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that there is a 5-6 business week lead time and there is a chance it could take longer.
We can't say with certainty that our balances will work, unfortunately. I know the difference may seem slight but our balances are specifically designed to replace balances that end in 7/8" length increments. The decision is ultimately yours. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
