Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. With that said, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that there is a 5-6 business week lead time and there is a chance it could take longer.

Let us know if you have any questions!

Ordered a pair of balancer that didn't work. Sash is 10 pounds, apparently the balancer sent were supposed to be the right ones but they don't know why it didn't work. I'm guessing spring wasn't adjusted tight enough? Trying again to get the right ones.

I'm sorry to hear the balances didn't pan out. Did the window ever give you any issues opening and closing it before the balances broke? The reason I ask is because the 14-1 stamp is calibrated for a sash weighing 4 to 5.99 pounds.

We can supply balances with the 14-3 stamp. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 9 to 11.99 pounds. I'll email you a purchase link and price quote right now. Please let us know if you have any questions.

This is for a client so i dont know if it did or not. But I'm glad we could find the right balancer. I was told by someone else it should hold up a 10 pound sash but it wasn't and I was really lost trying to figure out why it wouldn't. Thank you for the new qoute!
