Window Balancer Replacement

Question

Can you please help me find a replacement for this part.  As you can see the the cord broke and it slipped down.  The spring also fell out.  I was able to pull it out.  Please help.

Hey there. See either the S380-23 or S385-23. Depending on the shoe depth, one of these channel balances might work for you. You then have to choose a stamp option, which reflects the balance's strength. Your old balance's stamp of 2290 is from an outmoded rating system. To know what rating to pick, weigh the window sash these balances support. You can use that weight to choose the right stamp option.
