Window Balancer for Milestone Single Hung Series 1000

The length of the channel is 23 inches. I have attached pictures of the marking (22C USB) and both ends. Can you supply me with a part number to order replacements?

Thanks for posting with detailed photos! Take a look at S380-23, 23" Series 380 Balance. This looks very similar, compare the measurements and if it looks close to you, choose stamp option 2230, this is typically the replacement for a 22C stamp.
