My double hung tilt window balancer still works, but all the plastic connectors fell apart. Do you sell these parts? Or do I have to buy an entire new window balancer to get this fixed? I've got a couple windows to repair and probably need 4 window balancer parts
It's for a Milgard Vinyl Window, likely 20 years old?

What you show here is a broken pivot shoe. This part can be replaced by itself. Unfortunately it is too damaged to measure or identify. Do you have any similar windows that have a less damaged part that we could view? Thank you!
