Please review the pictures of a spiral balancer that measures 11/16" diameter and length of the body is 41 3/8" with a green tip. The window is a alumn. single hung that has a lower sash that tilts out.
The manufacturer is Silverline windows. They no longer offer parts for this window.

This is a pretty heavy duty spiral balance. Before we go any further, can you verify the diameter of the tube? 11/16" is an uncommon size. Can you also tell me if there are any stamps or markings on the tube itself?
