Help with Window Balancers

Thanks for reaching out. The photos of the balances provided do not provide enough information to confirm that we can provide you with an accurate replacement.

I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the the clients window as well as a photo of the stamp on their metal channel. If their are any parts that may be left behind in the window channel that could be attached to the balance during installation, I'll need to see those as well.
