Markings on balancers: 23 3 C6 Caldwell

window weight: 19 lbs

Length of balancer: about 25 inches with plastic ends

Width: 1/2 inch

The windows are Milgard Vinyl windows that slide up to open, down to close, no tilt

Need to know which ones to buy and if these are the proper ones for the window weight. thanks!

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-24 or S385-24 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 2340 spring strength options for your replacement balances, which will support a sash between 18-23 lbs. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
