Window Balancers Identification

Question

Hello Swisco,

I would like to replace two window balancers for a Milgard, single-hung non-tilt window. The width measurement is 1/2" if I measure the top, 3/8" if I measure the width across the bottom (where spring is visible). The length measurement is 27" for the metal bar only or 28" when I include the length of the plastic clips. The code is 26 5 GW CMC 11.

Which replacement balancer should I order?

See if our S380-27 or S385-27 match up. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2650.
