I have attached photos of the balancer that are needed. The metal channel has a marking on it which is 2420, and there also appears to be a small " v" next to it. If you could please tell me which series these are. I am going to need 14 of them.

Thanks for posting. We can help you replace this balance, but I need to see the end attachment on the other end of the metal channel. Can you provide a picture of this? Also, can you confirm that the metal channel (not including the end attachments) is 25"? Thanks!
Thanks for the added photos. See either our S351-25 or S390-25 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. The Series 351 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1", whereas the Series 390 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1-1/8". Compare with your old balances and see what you think matches best.
Once you know which balance to select, you must choose your stamp option. Your stamp option of 2420 is for a window sash in the weight range of 9 through 15 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.
