Home is approximately 20 years old. Windows are "Philips Products". Best I can tell is this company is out of business. Attached pictures show widow where balancers are broken. Overall size is 29 wide by 70.5 tall. Lower moving window is 37.5 tall.
Need to find out if you have balancers for these windows. I can then remove and find out exact size of balancer...but maybe you already know. If you don't have this part, can you direct me to someone who does? Seems to be a basic balancer. Assuming removal is similar to milgard windows.
