Thanks for posting. We can help you replace this balance, but I need more information to be able to help. Could you show us the nylon attachment at the other end of the balance? Also, could you confirm that the length of the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments, is 31"? Many thanks.

Thanks for the added information. See our S350-31. Your stamp option of 3040 is for a window sash in the weight range of 23 through 28 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.
