Hello, We are looking to replace our window balances. Our windows do not tilt outwards, they just move up and down. The marking on them says Caldwell 32-5-GS I believe. The metal part measures 33 inches and the depth is just over a half inch.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

also, what would be the corresponding weight I should select for this? 3210,3220 3230 etc? Can you also recommend the corresponding sash guide for these balances? We will need a few of those as well.

Great, I'm glad it's a match! As for option, you can use your old stamp as a reference. In your case, 32-5 matches our 3250 option for the S385-33. You can always weigh your sash on a scale to verify that this is correct.
