I need to replace the window balances on my widows due to the broken tangs on the ends. The balance is 38 inches long, there are two per window and they are impact rated windows so they are heavy. Pictures are attached that should show the part that has broken off of the end. There are three double hung windows with two balances per window which means that 12 pieces will be needed.
Please let me know if you have the parts I need or need additional information.

I can only tell you what I believe your part looks to be. You'll have to check to see if I'm right, based on the measurements.
My guess is that this is a balance for a tilt window, the diameter is 5/8", and the tube measures 38". If all of this were to be the case, then you would need an S600-38 balance. If any of that information is not correct, let me know, and I will make a different suggestion.
The only way to figure out which tip color you need for a window with impact glass is to weigh the sash. Take the window out, weigh it, and compare the weight to the chart in the S600-38 product description online. If we do not offer an option for the weight you need, tell me, and again, we will make a different suggestion.
