I need to replace the 'string' balances for an Anderson window. The window looks like the one on your video with the split casing on the left side where the lower section can be removed to allow removal of the windows.
The glass area for both the upper and lower window measures 28-3/8" wide by 16" tall.
I don't want to take the window apart just to look for a part number on the Balances so I'm hoping you can tell me what BALANCES should I order?

Good question. Based on all the measurements and information you provided for us, we believe your Andersen Narroline window is a 2832. Therefore, our 24-737 Sash balance should work for you.
