Window Balances

Question

Need a  full replacement of window balance on a home, slides up and down. Old and rusted part assembled in a home built in 1995. Nylon rope for curtains is broken and needs a full replacement.

We can't provide any replacement parts for curtains but we should be able to help with a balance replacement. We'll need to see a picture of your balance removed from the window, as well as the length and any stamp numbers on the balance itself to recommend a replacement. Unfortunately, the stickers on the window don't tell us the hardware that the window uses. Thank you!
