Window Balances

A quick learner from U.S.A. says:
These are for Republic Windows out of Chicago, IL.
It's a tilt window, plain channel and looks very similar to your 770 series except at the top.
Instead of the round plastic like wheel my window balance has a clip(see photo attached) it also at the top has a pin for the spring to attach to (see photo attached).
The other photo attached shows the # on the channel SBI 32D(?)

Thanks for posting. I agree, this looks like an S770-32 with a stamp option of 32D--but with a Rivet in the Top Hole, so that it can connect to the window jamb using an S-Clip like the 19-029 or 19-030. We'd be happy to make Series 770 balances for you with a rivet installed, via a custom order. I just shot you an email with a custom link to order a pair of such balances. if you need a different amount, just let me know. Note that the S-Clips are sold separately.
