Window Balances

Hello!

Your stamp indicates an extra heavy duty spring, which makes me think this will have to be a custom order since this is not a stock option of ours. To get started, can you show us an undamaged balance removed from the window with the end fittings intact? Also, how many balances do you need?

Thank you for the pictures! Can you confirm the depth of your bottom shoe? You'll need to measure as shown in the picture below.

Hello! I'd be happy to assist you with this balance. Before we go any further, though, we will require photos of the balance in question; specifically pictures of the top end, bottom end, the clip at the end of the cord, and the stamp itself. 

The reason we need photos is because the stamp itself is not a product code. All that tells me is how much weight the springs can support. Its configuration is otherwise wholly unrelated and not at all indicated by that code, so photos are still necessary. In other words, there is a good chance your balance is a totally different design than the balance shown in the pictures provided above, even though the stamp is the same.
