Window Balances

There is a 406 in the bottom of the window sill but very little if no other identifying markings. Not sure which balances to get.

Hello!
Your balance has a black tip which leads me to believe you likely have the Series 600. The outer tube measures 9/16" in diameter, but it is considered 5/8" in the trade. Go over the specifications for this part and see how they compare with your old hardware.
