We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, the stamp codes printed on the metal channels do not indicate the correct balance series. The stamp codes normally correspond to the spring strength needed to support the window but the 25-15 and 29-9 do not correspond to any of our strength options.
To get started, we would need to see the top and bottom fittings of an undamaged balance assembly fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. You will also need to confirm the exact sash weight that uses the 25-15 and 29-9 balances to confirm the corresponding strength options. Thank you.
