Hi--I have a condo in a converted factory building and a number of my window balances have failed. Trying to order new,correct ones and I have the receipt from another condo owner who ordered them from your company (she has the same size windows as me). Under "Items ordered" the receipt says:
Custom-S880-38-Q0352
Name:38-45 Grey Balance
I couldn't seem to match this up on the website and I want to make sure I'm ordering the correct balances. These are like 8 foot tall windows (very heavy).

Sure, we can help supply those balances. It just has to be a custom order due to the configuration. I also want to mention that we can't guarantee that your balances are the same as the neighbors. Just something to keep in mind since custom orders are non-refundable.
