Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! Your coil balance housing looks similar to our 15-087 coil housing pivot. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to those shown below to determine if this is the correct replacement. These are not specified for the right or left side of the window.

The coil housing pivot is compatible with the Series 180 coil balance spring. For the coil stamped with a 7, you'll need the S180-7 and for coil housing stamped with an 8, you'll need the S180-8.
