The windows are original and they no longer stay up. No markings on and parts or the window.

Hello there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. It sounds like you need new window balances. If this is a tilt window, I'd recommend the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or 5/8" diameter Series 600. You can reuse the pivot shoe if it's still in good condition.
